In 1903, a duo of Skithra attempted to awaken the Sea Devils below to act as an army to conquer Earth for them only for the Tenth and Thirteenth Doctors to thwart their plan. (COMIC: Alternating Current)
In 1909, the peninsula was separated from the mainland by a cataclysmic earthquake which woke up the Sea Devils. Raven Peninsula became known as Raven's Isle.
