The White Lion was a pub on St Mary's Street, Cardiff. They served red and white wine.
On 26 March 2005, Helen Evans attended a stag night there for a friend of hers. Torchwood One leader Yvonne Hartman downed a diamond white wine at the White Lion in an attempt to get Evans to leave the pub with her, as the councillor's life was in danger.
Following an attack on Evans with Hartman present, the incident at the White Lion was described by local news as a terrorist attack. (AUDIO: One Rule)
