Evan Morgan, 2nd Viscount of Tredegar, was a British aristocrat and a friend of Dorian Gray.
In June 1911, Morgan found a copy of History of Earth Volume 36,379 by Kronos Vad and decided to buy it from Alfred Vandermeer. (AUDIO: The Adventure of the Bloomsbury Bomber) His family owned Tredegar House in Newport. He invited Dorian and Pamela St John-Edwards to a party. He thought that Alexander Korvo was a delight.
