Two Foxkin saved the Twelfth Doctor, Hattie Munroe and Jakob from imprisonment in a Foxkin prison cell on the Twist in the 40th century. They were part of a movement that believed the Foxkin should reveal themselves to the human inhabitants of the Twist. They guided the Doctor, Hattie and Jakob back to the surface from the Foxkin city.
After hearing Jakob murdered Idra Panatar and framed the Foxkin, one of them growled at him, but the Doctor told them to let Jakob run. He then told the two Foxkin to gather as many other Foxkin as they could, and bring them to Central Power Park to reveal themselves to the humans. The Twelfth Doctor later introduced the two Foxkin, along with the rest of their species, to the crowd gathered at the park. (COMIC: The Twist)
