Ho was a member of the Tong of the Black Scorpion in London in 1889.
Ho was tasked, along with others of the gang, to recover Magnus Greel's time cabinet and trionic lattice. They took the cabinet to the House of the Dragon. However, they had to return to for the activator. Unable to find it, Ho returned to the House of the Dragon and explained this to Greel.
