The Beatrician Crusade was a conflict in the 2640s between the Catholic Church and the Mal'akh. Pope Beatrix II led the Church at this time of this crusade.
In 2649, Beatrix II wrote the encyclical De umbris idearum, which advocated that the Church flood the mediasphere of the Remote with Christian imagery, repurposing them into soldiers loyal to the Pope. (PROSE: De Umbris Idearum)
