Has there been a mention of Broadfell prison in any episodes dating from the start of season 4? If so please post.
 
HMP Broadfell was a prison featured in DW: The End of Time Part 1 After the finale of Series 3 Lucy Saxon was held there on the crime of murder. This is where the Master was brought back to life using a sample of Lucy's DNA. This was all thanks to the books of Saxon which the master had prepared. Lucy's family had created the opposite to the potions needed to resurrect the Master. She flung the anti-potion into The Master and this blew up the prison and supposedly Lucy along with it.
