Elias Griffin Jr was a bus driver from 1950s Montgomery. His wife loved Frank Sinatra.
He was due to take over James Blake's shift after Krasko changed the bus rota in an effect to change history, but the Thirteenth Doctor and Yasmin Khan went to his house to give him free VIP tickets to a Frank Sinatra concert, telling him to leave straightaway, allowing Blake to take his shift again.
