Tinder was a Nil who was against the Sontaran occupation. She helped the First Doctor and Sara Kingdom to find a secret path to the surface. She was an anomaly in her race in that she resisted. She distracted the Sontarans by saying that there was Rutan Host. She shot Slite. She got her people to then attack the Sontarans. (AUDIO: The Sontarans)
