The Egyptian Falcon was an artefact capable of bringing the dead back to life as zombies. By 1940 it was half a million years old.
Adolf Hitler sent some men to Hollywood to capture the Falcon, where it was being used on a film set. Mr Gray had also been hired to acquire it for his employers.
