Avi was the son of Orryx, the commander of loba forces in their war with human colonists on Lobos.
He fell in love with a human Cathie. They got married and had a child. Avi helped the Thirteenth Doctor persuade the two sides to abandon the hostilities. (PROSE: The Good Doctor)
