The Mighty Pting was the nickname given by Ryan Sinclair (TV: Revolution of the Daleks) to a Pting that entered the Tsuranga in order to feed off of its energy, which in turn damaged the ship. After feeding on and jettisoning the space station's life pods, it searched for the ship's particle accelerator.

Eventually, the Thirteenth Doctor used the Tsuranga's self-destruction device to lure the Pting into an airlock. After eating the device and absorbing the explosion to satisfy its appetite, it was jettisoned into space. (TV: The Tsuranga Conundrum)
