Thelma Barlow (born 19 June 1929[1]) played Lady Thaw in the Doctor Who story The Lazarus Experiment.

She is better known for playing Mavis Wilton in the long-running ITV soap opera Coronation Street, appearing between 1972 and 1997. In 1991, she appeared in one episode of the biographical show This Is Your Life, presented by Michael Aspel. Between 1998 and 2000, she played Dolly Bellfield in Victoria Wood's BBC comedy Dinnerladies.
