Scott Fredericks (15 March 1943-6 November 2017[1]) appeared in two Doctor Who television stories: as Boaz in Day of the Daleks and Maximillian Stael in Image of the Fendahl.

He is also known for playing the psychostrategist Carnell in Blake's 7 alongside actress Jacqueline Pearce. He returned to this role with the Kaldor City audio series.
