Montodon Slemm was the cyborg owner of Cyborg Intergalactic Garden Centres. He and his robotic gardener SNIP-7 attempted to capture the intelligent trees Coffa and Lute for his customers, but the Tenth Doctor and Rose Tyler lured him into a field of super-evolved space dandelions, which seeded and grew in metal very quickly.
