A receptionist worked at Bob's Youth Hostel, where Robin Stuart and Colin Frazer planned to stay in January 1983.

When the Fifth Doctor and Nyssa arrived at the Hostel inquiring about Tegan Jovanka, the receptionist said there was no one of that name saying there but asked another receptionist to make sure.
