Heather McCrimmon and the Tenth Doctor visited Luminous when it was being invaded by creatures that fed on solar energy. The Doctor increased the lighting levels of the TARDIS console room in order to attract all the creatures to the TARDIS. Heather and the Doctor then deposited the creatures at a star.
