Tekker was an inhabitant of Karfel and the assistant of Maylin Renis. He became the new Maylin after the Borad killed Renis.
He sent the Sixth Doctor to bring back the Borad's talisman. When he finally learned the Borad's true intentions for Karfel, he rebelled and the Borad killed him with a time acceleration beam, ageing him to dust. (TV: Timelash [+]Loading...["Timelash (TV story)"])
