A Group Commander was a member of the Memory Police during the Monks' occupation of Earth in the late 2010s. She oversaw the arrest of Jane Bishop. After Bill Potts overloaded the Monks' psychic link with the human population, the Group Commander realised the Monks were lying, ceased arrests and turned against them. (TV: The Lie of the Land)
