The Uvodni Emperor was the ruler of the Uvodni race and their empire.
The Uvodni Emperor led his species and their allies into battle with the Malakh. The Emperor announced a treaty was signed, and that there was peace between the two factions after centuries of conflict, ordering the Imperial Fleet to return home. This holographic message of the Emperor announcing peace was hidden from General Uvlavad Kudlak by the robotic Mistress, as peace did not compute and she needed more children for the war. Kudlak would not realise the truth until ten years later, when Luke Smith hacked into the computer of his Uvodni warship and discovered the message, revealing that the Mistress had been deceiving him. (TV: Warriors of Kudlak)
