At the end of the universe, a Cyber-Leader served as second-in-command to an asteroid colony of weapons-grade Cybermen.

Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]

The Cyber-Leader served as second-in-command to an asteroid colony of Cybermen at the end of the universe. In an alternate timeline, Rassilon discovered the Cybermen's colony after being exiled from Gallifrey by the Twelfth Doctor, and, inspired by the Cybermen's desire to survive even to the very end of N-Space, discussed with the Cyber-Leader a plan that would allow the Cybermen to conquer Gallifrey and, by extension, all of time and space. However, the Cyber-Controller, who the Cyber-Leader served under, chose to keep its existence as the Cybermen's ultimate commander hidden from the Time Lord, and eventually the Cybermen betrayed Rassilon at the zenith of his plans in an attempt to reforge N-Space into the Age of the Cyberiad. Ultimately, the timeline was reset by the Doctor and Rassilon, erasing Rassilon's encounter with the Cybermen and the Cyber-Leader. (COMIC: Supremacy of the Cybermen)

Appearance[[edit] | [edit source]]

The Cyber-Leader's Cyber-body was near-identical to the weapons-grade Cyber-bodies (COMIC: Supremacy of the Cybermen) used by the Cybermen of the Cyber Legions, which replaced their Cybus Industries-style Cyber-bodies. (PROSE: Ghost in the Machine, TV: Nightmare in Silver) However, like earlier Cyber-Leaders (TV: The Next Doctor, A Good Man Goes to War, GAME: Blood of the Cybermen) its Cyber-helmet had black side handles with a silver centrepiece, a completely black faceplate, save for a pair of tiny clear rings around the Cyber-Leader's eye sockets, and a transparent glass covering through which its brain could be seen.
