John Wagner was a British comic strip writer who co-wrote several Doctor Who comics with Pat Mills.
He was credited for the co-creation of Judge Dredd (alongside Carlos Esquerra) and Chief Judge Hershey (alongside Brian Bolland) in Psykogeddon [+]Loading...["Psykogeddon (novel)"].
