Since ''[[The Thing]]'' never appears in a DW story, we can't give it the preferred dab term of (story in which it first appears). The Thing, (superhero), The Thing (movie), Thing 1 and Thing 2 (Terror of the Sontarans), Thing One and Thing Two (Solar Max and the Seven-Handed Snake-Mother) are existing pages on the wiki. I'll go ahead and make Thing (disambiguation).
As for the superhero, I support "Thing" for the page name.
1. See Wikipedia and the Marvel wiki.
2. We would need to change two page names: The Thing (movie) and The Thing (Clobberin' Time!).
3. Having only one member of the Fantastic Four with a dab title looks wrong.

- Not to mention "Thing" from Addams Family (who was prominently referenced on TV once, albeit in a hard-to-Wikify way).
- I think, under the general principle that individuals, particularly one with multiple appearances, should usually be preferred over in-universe media, the rocky fellow can get a primary topic status and sit at the Thing.
