Jace was attending a party at a student house, when it was gate-crashed by "zombies".
He attended the party on Gabalfa Road with a group of friends, including Martin and Hayley. When a man burst in and bit into Hayley's forearm, Jace helped five other partygoers, including Martin, lock the perpetrator in the cellar.
When Andy Davidson and Dawn Stratton arrived to investigate the incident, Jace told them that the suspect stank, to which Martin agreed. Andy and Dawn entered the cellar to apprehend the perpetrator, later arising to find the house being attacked by zombies. (PROSE: Bay of the Dead)
