Kelov was a senior coder. He wrote the source code for Vissey, although after it was written he was unable to access it due to it being owned by the Company. His job was to monitor Vissey in whatever way Professor Til Rork deemed appropriate, which included monitoring her use of the socio-virtual networks, a task he believed made him little more than a babysitter.

After Kelov and Tula and Liv Chenka discovered Vissey's disturbing behaviour, they decided that she should be put in stasis. To avoid this, Professor Rork helped her escape. Kelov managed to locate her using the Kaldor Bionetwork and kept in contact with the three women as they followed Vissey to the Kaldor Company Fusion Plant, where she was stopped thanks to a sedative made by SV90.
