The Punished Planets were a group of planets controlled by the Alliance Daleks.
When some planets would not contribute troops to the war against the Daleks of this universe, the Alliance Daleks destroyed their infrastructure to revert them to a primitive technology level. One of them, Emmeron, was reduced to the equivalent of the Stone Age. (AUDIO: Dalek War: Chapter One)
