Rennis was a Gallifreyan from the Drylands who claimed to have served as a Gallifreyan shock trooper in the 5th Gallifreyan Infantry. After the rest of his troop died, leaving him the only survivor, he served as attaché to Lord Vibax on Oreseia during the development of the Orrovix as anti-Dalek weapons. In fact, he despised the Time Lords, and developed a bond with the Orrovix pack to turn them against them. (AUDIO: Assets of War)
