The Sixth Doctor: The Last Adventure was a full cast audio anthology released on 17 August 2015 by Big Finish Productions as part of The Sixth Doctor Adventures. It featured Colin Baker as the Sixth Doctor, Miranda Raison as Constance Clarke, India Fisher as Charlotte Pollard, Lisa Greenwood as Flip Jackson, Bonnie Langford as Melanie Bush, Christopher Benjamin as Henry Gordon Jago, Trevor Baxter as George Litefoot and Michael Jayston as The Valeyard.
It was notable for being the first time the events leading up to the Sixth Doctor's regeneration were portrayed in performed media, giving Colin Baker the chance to finally do a regeneration story for his Doctor, 28 years after leaving the show.
