Hods was a Time Lord colonist at the Fledgling Empire outpost on the Gallifreyan colony planet of Trakkiney during the Racnoss Wars.
When a group of Racnoss led by Cob-Commander Messothel attacked the outpost on the planet, Hods was one of about ninety Time Lord survivors who were imprisoned by the Racnoss. When the the surviving Time Lords were forced into manual labour, Hods was assigned with preparing the Huon particle shakes that the Racnoss force-fed them.
