Kane owned Tranquility Spa on Orphan 55, a future version of the Earth in one possible timeline. She was Bella's mother, and walked out on her family when Bella was a child.
When Dregs attacked the spa, Kane stayed behind with Bella to fight them, giving the Thirteenth Doctor, Graham O'Brien, Ryan Sinclair, Yasmin Khan, Nevi and Sylas time to escape. (TV: Orphan 55)
