Germania LXVIII, known by the Council of Hitlers as alpha alpha nine, was one of many Known Worlds where Nazi Germany won World War II. In this world, Adolf Hitler was an International Socialist rather than a Nazi and the author of Mein Kapital. He came to power after Spartacist uprisings in 1919 and aimed to lead an international workers' revolution. To this end, Germany became allies with Russia.

After the formation of the Greater German Reich, forces from Germania I deposed the communist Hitler and put a National Socialist Hitler in his place. The new administration granted free speech under the Enabling Law, then reversed it after a month when they determined who was a threat. They dropped an atomic bomb on Stalingrad despite the standing alliance.

The native Hitler was left to roam the streets of Dresden, often being beaten up by civilians. He was eventually killed by Marcus Americanius Scriptor. (PROSE: Warlords of Utopia)
