Behind the scenes[[edit] | [edit source]]
Julian has directed episodes of the TV show Outlander. Elements of the novel on which the show is based were inspired by The War Games. This is acknowledged by the name of Outlander 's main character, Jamie Fraser, which refers to both the character of Jamie McCrimmon and the actor who portrayed him, Frazer Hines.
