Anthony Foster was a student at Cardiff University from Chorley. He lived in student accommodation at Cardiff Bay and died in the tsunami caused by the Committee. As the tsunami approached, he called his mother, Bethan Foster, and left a voicemail. (AUDIO: A Mother's Son)
