Blue Division was a security division which was assigned to protect Geocomtex's Vault in Utah in 2012. When the lone Dalek broke free within the vault, guard Bywater rallied Blue Division and Red Division to engage the "Metaltron". He was exterminated before he could give Blue Division their orders.
