Mr Chow Lee Jee was a patient in St Helen's Hospital in Cardiff. Dr Rupesh Patanjali had him killed to match the profiling of disappearing bodies so he could infiltrate Torchwood Three. As he later recounted to Jack Harkness, he came in with a nosebleed that wouldn't stop, and this was diagnosed as a brain haemorrhage. (TV: Children of Earth: Day One)
