Enrico "Rico" Casali was a communications officer aboard the Wheel.

Enrico Casali came from Italy. (PROSE: The Wheel in Space) By 2000, (TV: The Mind Robber; AUDIO: Prison in Space) 2079 (AUDIO: The Dying Light) or later (PROSE: The Indestructible Man) he was working on the Wheel as a communications officer (PROSE: The Wheel in Space) under Captain Leo Ryan.
Casali tried to make contact with Silver Carrier as it approached the Wheel and later determined that the meteorites to be directed towards them by the Hercules 208 nova would be four magnitudes higher than the previous meteor storm.
