The Futurekind Chieftain was the leader/chief of the Futurekind horde near Silo 16.
After Professor Yana turned back into the War Master, the Futurekind tribe got inside the abandoned Silo. The Tenth Doctor, Martha Jones and Jack Harkness escaped in time, leaving the Chieftain and his tribe to feed only on Chantho's remains. (TV: Utopia)

- In an interview with Graeme Harper printed in Doctor Who Adventures Issue 41, he said that at the future chieftain's initiation to the Futurekind, he was forced to lie on the ground while several motorcycles were ridden over his face, hence the markings on it.
