Zone 10 was an area in Russia that was devastated by the thirty-two minute war between the KVI and the Committee on 5 April, 1965, leaving it in a state of temporal confusion. Anna Volokova was trapped there and, after meeting Toshiko Sato, sent Pulse out through time to lead her there. (AUDIO: Zone 10)
