Bel was a creature that lived on the supposedly dead planet of Nemeqit. She knew of the old Nemeqit. She wanted Bernice Summerfield to find out how their planet died. She offered soup to Vonna Byzantium. She turned out to be the daughter of Nemeqit. (AUDIO: A Handful of Dust)
