The Rapid Response Fleet was an Earth Alliance space fleet under the command of Admiral Cheviat. Captain Julio Medem was sent in the SD Victorious to investigate an anomaly which he found to be a Dalek invasion force heading to Vega VI. (AUDIO: Invasion of the Daleks)
