Gregory Phillip "Greg" Bishop was a member of Torchwood Three in the 1940s alongside Doctor Tilda Brennan, Llinos King, Rhydian, and freelance agent Jack Harkness. He and Jack were lovers.
According to Jack, Greg was the only reason that he continued to have dealings with Torchwood. In August 1941, Tilda held Greg hostage at gunpoint but Jack managed to kill Tilda when she was possessed by the Light. (PROSE: The Twilight Streets)
