The Oracle was the computer of the P7E that ruled over the Minyans living in the cavernous nameless planet built around the P7E after it became caught in a nebula. (TV: Underworld) Activated before their destructive civil war, it was the most advanced computer the Minyans had ever built. (PROSE: Doctor Who and the Underworld)

Profile[[edit] | [edit source]]

The Oracle had a female persona and higher level reasoning functions. It created and oversaw a society created from the race banks carried on-board the P7E and which it now guarded jealously.

It created a society enforced by the Seers. The Oracle was destroyed by the pair of two-thousand-megaton bombs it had intended for the R1C. (TV: Underworld)
