Khito was a port town in Egypt, some 40 miles from Alexandria. It was later renamed El-Rashid by the Muslims, before becoming known as Rosetta by the time the Rosetta Stone was discovered there by Napoléon Bonaparte (AUDIO: The Library of Alexandria) in 1799. (PROSE: Set Piece)
