R
An inscription of the letter "R". (TV: Rose)

As spoken by Mr Smith, R (Morse code: .-. (TV: The Man Who Never Was)) was the eighteenth letter of the alphabet, preceding S. (TV: Goodbye, Sarah Jane Smith)

While unable to directly oppose Ruby White, Mr Smith told Clyde Langer "letter two (B), letter five (E), letter twenty three (W)", which Clyde interpreted as "beware". Mr Smith then added "letter eighteen (R)", with Clyde deducing that he was trying to warn him about Ruby. (TV: Goodbye, Sarah Jane Smith)

School students worked upwards through the three Rs. (TV: The Web Planet)

In 1953, a post box with the initials "G R" was located on Florizel Street. (TV: The Idiot's Lantern [+]Loading...["The Idiot's Lantern (TV story)"])

An inscription of the letter "R" was present on the side of a building in 21st century London. (TV: Rose)
