Fi's Teas was a tea kiosk located alongside a road between Cheltenham and London, possibly a front planted there by Jack Robertson or people in his employ.

While transporting the casing of a Dalek reconnaissance scout to "Depository 23", a lorry driver stopped at Fi's Teas for a cup of tea. Walking back to his vehicle, he started to breathe heavily, dropped his cup and collapsed. The woman who had served him closed the kiosk, dragged him inside the lorry with the casing and drove it away, presumably delivering the Dalek to Robertson.
