Danny Simmons, originally known as Aaron Denton, was the leading field researcher and technician in the employ of Henry van Statten in 2012.

Aaron Denton suffered from extreme headaches that could only be relieved by hurting other living beings. He met van Statten when he was in prison and was offered to be freed if he came to work for van Statten. He accepted this offer and changed his name to Danny Simmons after a child he had attacked in school and later killed. (PROSE: Dalek)
