Dean was a human who lived in Sheffield during the 21st century.

Sometime in September, 2018, Dean littered unwanted parts of salad from his kebab onto the ground as he roamed the city of Sheffield, drunk. On noticing Tzim-Sha, he assumed that the Stenza warrior was in costume, one month early for Halloween.

Mocking the alien, he threw pieces of salad in Tzim-Sha's face. Annoyed at the strange disrespect, Tzim-Sha killed Dean and stole one of his teeth as a prize. (TV: The Woman Who Fell to Earth)
