We used similar on the page for [[Hydroflax]], where he's referred to as "His Infinite Majesty". As long as such terms of address are sourced then I see no problem with them. His Supremacy[[edit source]]

I agree with Epsilon. "His Supremacy" is part of his title. To me it's the same as "Professor" or "Doctor" or "HRH". We used similar on the page for Hydroflax, where he's referred to as "His Infinite Majesty".
