Margaret Hayhoe was Lizbeth Hayhoe's sister.

Biography[[edit] | [edit source]]

Margaret and Lizbeth were the daughters of Mrs Hayhoe. Margaret had a son who left to fight in World War II when he was young and did not return. By the mid-1950s, she was living in Hainault and regularly had dinner with her sister, although she was often late because of her work at Torchwood. (AUDIO: Madam, I'm)

When Lizbeth was pulled out of time, she wondered about the funeral that Margaret must have held for her and believed that she would not have invited any of the Wrens whom she looked after during World War II. She told Andy Davidson that she would turn Margaret into glue if she had destroyed her dog. (AUDIO: Ashenden)

Personality[[edit] | [edit source]]

Margaret was a stickler for punctuality, Lizbeth remarking that each minute that she was late would mean half an hour of her sulking. (AUDIO: Madam, I'm)
