Raxle survived the Daleks' cull of the Earth's most powerful business owners by letting them take his vice-chairman to the London City government building instead of him. He ran and hid and, once the Daleks were gone, offered to buy Drake Interplanetary from Lila Kreeg. She told Vienna Salvatori that she had no intention of accepting the offer. (AUDIO: Vengeance)
